We collect the following directly from you:

d. Business Customer Obligations
Business Customers are responsible for:

  • Informing End Users about the nature and purpose of data collection

  • Providing clear consent options, including cookie notices

  • Ensuring transparency and legal compliance

Arnio is not responsible for how Business Customers handle data. End Users should consult the privacy policies of the businesses they’re interacting with.

To create, manage, and support your account and deliver updates or essential information

b. Platform Usage and Personalization
To optimize the platform based on usage patterns and user preferences.

c. Business-Customer-Controlled Data
Arnio processes End User data on behalf of Business Customers who are responsible for:

  • Obtaining lawful consent

  • Ensuring lawful processing

  • Complying with data protection laws

d. Technical Operations
To detect issues, prevent fraud, and maintain security.

e. Analytics & Product Development
We analyze anonymized data to improve performance, product features, and satisfaction.

f. Communications and Support
To handle support requests, feedback, and quality assurance.

g. Third-Party Integrations
Our platform integrates with third-party tools. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

h. Legal Compliance
We may disclose personal information where required by law or in response to legal obligations.

  1. Responsibilities of Business Customers

As a Business Customer, you:

  • Control what data is collected through interactions

  • Must secure lawful consent from your End Users

  • Are responsible for setting privacy preferences using our tools

  • Must ensure data accuracy and legal compliance

SMS-Specific Compliance: You agree to comply with SMS-related laws such as TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and state-specific regulations.

  1. Artificial Intelligence & Data Accuracy

Some services use AI features. While these tools can enhance productivity, their outputs may not always be accurate. You are responsible for validating AI-generated responses before acting on them. Arnio disclaims liability for actions taken based on AI outputs.


  1. Indemnification & Liability

You agree to indemnify Arnio against claims or liabilities arising from:

  • Misuse of our Services

  • Failure to obtain End User consent

Arnio is not liable for data mismanagement by Business Customers. We may monitor usage and take action if violations are found.

Our Services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If such data is discovered, we will promptly delete it.
